At the festival, we met up with the Al and his wife. Great bunch those two. 

My sister and her friend were my escorts. We had an awesome time. I do have to say that I ran into a dispute whith a sales person over dodgy batteries. But, I won't go into that. 

This weekend was the Brunnswiek Music Festival  

I found it interesting that in this old church they now do Brazilian waxing.  

This form of vandalism is my favourite. Artists mark their territory with larger than life stickers. I'll try and put more of these out here. 

While looking for a place I noticed a range of sings painted on the sidewalk. This was one of them, other said "Staying In Touch", "Smiling" and other positive messages from Victoria Health. 

January 3rd of 2006 was a special day for my family. I am now an uncle!!! The world meet oscar!!!

While in Melbourne, we stayed in a 3 story house in pure luxury. It was supplied by Jason's sis. What house.

We endeup spending more time with these group than any other. They happened to be knew friends of my sister. 

Ricardo's dream is to someday work for SBS at Federation Square.

Handsome Melbournite! 

At the gates of the Botanical Gardens, my sisters and I waited for the rest of our party to arrive. We had a beatiful picnic on Christmas Day! 

That epitomises the Melbourne experience. Umbrella on one hand, and a small trolley on the other. You see, in Melbourne it rains all the time so you need an umbrella. Also, the public transport is awesome so you don't need a car, so how do you carry your groceries home? Alas, the trolley!
